Therefore, we are seeking a Purchasing Manager to coordinate product procurement, receipt, settlement, storage, and subsequent shipment. * Location: Chiapas * Position Type: Full-time, on-site * Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work Saturdays when operations require. **Position Objective:** Participate in the company's strategic planning, contributing ideas to improve the supply chain and adapting to changing market needs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Procure coffee. * Coordinate product procurement, receipt, settlement, storage, and shipment. * Establish and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers. * Negotiate purchase terms and ensure timely product delivery. * Preparation of advance risk assessments for coffee deposits. * Harvest estimation. **Required Profile** Education: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Experience: * Minimum two years of purchasing experience, preferably in the agricultural or food sector. * Experience managing contracts and complex negotiations. Technical Knowledge: * HACCP programs and certifications such as FSSC 22000\. * Use of PPE and operational safety. * Proficiency with digital tools and reporting. * Food safety. **Competencies:** * Operational leadership. * Organization and follow-up. * Teamwork. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Effective communication. * Compliance- and results-oriented. **Benefits:** Benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
