DE C.V.** A Mexican company specializing in the manufacturing and installation of aluminum, glass, stone, and metal for architectural facades and glazing. ***We are hiring a Site Supervisor.*** **Responsibilities:** * Scheduling of tasks to be carried out. * Preparation of estimates. * Interpretation of blueprints. * Maintaining constant oversight and reporting any deviations, anomalies, delays, unsafe conditions, or incidents affecting project progress or company resources. * Completion of daily reports, work generators, and field logs. * Performing and ensuring compliance with assigned activities. * Verifying and monitoring the progress of assigned construction activities, ensuring their completion. * Issuing observations or instructions solely within the scope of responsibilities and in accordance with internal protocols. * Collecting and submitting clear, systematic photographic evidence of construction progress, following established guidelines. * Contributing to efficient, orderly, and aligned execution of all on-site activities. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of on-site experience, preferably in glazing installation, profile assembly, and glass installation. * Experience preparing estimates. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Problem-solving and decision-making ability. * Communication skills. * Willingness to travel. * DC3 certification (Work at Heights) preferred. **We offer:** * Gross salary of $14,000 per month (paid biweekly). * Statutory benefits. * A challenging project offering genuine curriculum value and distinctive experience. * Growth opportunities. * Travel allowances.
