**Brief job description:** Maintain the infrastructure of the University, Villa, and Preparatory Schools in optimal condition through collaborative masonry activities.
**Main responsibilities:**
1\) Perform masonry tasks using manual, mechanical, cutting, and electrical tools.
2\) Estimate materials required for assigned tasks.
3\) Report personal protective equipment and tools in poor condition.
4\) Support structural inspections of the Campus in case of earthquake-related emergencies.
**Education:** Secondary school preferred.
**Experience:** One year of relevant experience preferred.
**Skills/Competencies:** Service-oriented attitude, teamwork, compliance with regulations.
**Knowledge:** Masonry work, use of cutting and clamping tools.
