Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and committed architect to develop architectural projects from the conceptual stage through to the executive stage, with emphasis on organization and quality. Creative and collaborative work environment We seek a committed, agile architect with strong attention to detail who can join our team to develop architectural projects from the conceptual stage through to the executive stage. The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, rapid drafting capability, and the ability to work under pressure without compromising work quality. **Responsibilities:** * Development of architectural drawings (preliminary design, executive project, and construction details). * 3D modeling of architectural projects. * Creation of high-level graphic presentations. * Support in developing conceptual proposals. * Coordination and tracking of project revisions. * Organization of files and deliverable management. **Technical Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (fast and precise technical drawing). * Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling. * Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for project presentation. * Ability to interpret and develop executive drawings. **Skills and Competencies:** * High speed and precision in technical drawing. * Attention to detail. * Organization and time management. * Discipline and responsibility. * Proactivity and problem-solving ability. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Adaptability to different design styles. * Results-oriented mindset and adherence to delivery deadlines. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $12,000 MXN. * Participation in diverse projects (residential, commercial, etc.). * Creative and collaborative work environment. **Interested Candidates:** Please submit your CV and portfolio (mandatory) for evaluation.
