In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supervising operations in your assigned area, ensuring that company objectives are met efficiently. Your responsibilities include collaborating with local teams to optimize processes, managing the performance of medical professionals, and improving customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related field). * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in coordination, supervision, or regional management in the Retail sector or in the **Healthcare sector (preferred)**. * Experience managing personnel and multiple units. * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Candidate must be able to drive a standard vehicle (driving test required). **Responsibilities** * Supervise and monitor operations of assigned **clinics**. * Resolve and provide support for issues arising in assigned units. * Prepare and submit administrative reports to direct supervisor. * Measure established KPIs for each unit. * Conduct periodic inventory of supplies across business units, as well as Store Check. * Track KPI indicators and develop monthly work plans with the teams of assigned business units. **Schedule** * **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, **Saturdays:** 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Sunday Fixed Day Off **We Offer** * Direct employment with the company. * Paid training. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Opportunity for growth within the organization. * Company-provided vehicle. * Toll and fuel reimbursement. * Computer equipment. * Telephone equipment.
