Then this program is perfect for you! As an IT Support Intern, you will be assigned a Coach for a period of 4 months. Responsibilities: Your main activities during this period will be as follows: * + You will receive training in infrastructure and automation processes within a software company + You will participate in research on emerging information technologies + You will assist the IT team in daily activities, including: + - Troubleshooting issues related to software, hardware, and operating systems - Server, PC, and workstation configuration, maintenance, monitoring, and updates - LAN/WAN network maintenance and monitoring, ensuring IT security - Audio and video system maintenance - Software installation and updates (operating systems and production software) + You will learn to work within a cross-functional team + You will implement proof-of-concept projects for on\-premise and cloud-based IT infrastructure using automation technologies Qualifications: * The candidate must be in their final semester of an undergraduate degree or engineering program (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar) * Desired skills: knowledge of networking, virtualization, server administration, problem-solving, IT system support, and scripting skills (preferably using PowerShell) * Demonstrated responsibility, tolerance, perseverance, work ethics, proactivity, and adaptability * The candidate must possess intermediate/advanced English communication skills **What We Offer?** * Excellent teamwork and a dynamic workplace * A culture of continuous improvement * The opportunity to collaborate with talented individuals—there is always something to learn from others * Flexible working hours, enabling a healthy work-life balance Thank you for your interest in this position.
