Job Description: Perform real-time and remote monitoring of entry control and personnel across various locations within the state. Maintain a work log documenting all observations during working hours. Report Internet service provider outages and follow up on them. Provide remote and telephone-based technical support for computers, tablets, and other implemented telecommunications systems.
