Position Summary:
We are seeking a Unit Price Analyst to prepare technical and economic budgets, analyze drawings, and maintain cost databases.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Age between 28 and 35 years

Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00; Saturday, 9:00–14:00
Salary: $16,000.00 per month
* \*Experience:\*\* Minimum 2 years as a Unit Price Analyst in Public Works or a similar position.
* \*Essential Technical Knowledge\*\*
* Advanced proficiency in Neodata (unit prices and catalogs).
* Preparation of technical and economic construction budgets.
* Interpretation of drawings and technical documents.
* Intermediate–advanced Excel for data analysis and consolidation.
* Knowledge of public works bidding processes and cost evaluation.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare unit prices in Neodata, considering productivity rates, inputs, and updated market references.
* Develop technical and economic budgets, breaking down direct and indirect costs (materials, labor, machinery, and subcontracting).
* Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and scope of work to determine actual quantities and consumption.
* Maintain and update the cost database—including productivity rates and prices—to ensure current and reliable information.
* Prepare technical and economic reports for management decision-making.
* Participate in bidding processes, cost evaluations, and project feasibility analyses.
