Position Summary: We are seeking a Unit Price Analyst to prepare technical and economic budgets, analyze drawings, and maintain cost databases. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Prepare unit prices in Neodata, considering productivity rates, inputs, and updated market references. * Develop technical and economic budgets, breaking down direct and indirect costs (materials, labor, machinery, and subcontracting). * Analyze drawings, technical specifications, and scope of work to determine actual quantities and consumption. * Maintain and update the cost database—including productivity rates and prices—to ensure current and reliable information. * Prepare technical and economic reports for management decision-making. * Participate in bidding processes, cost evaluations, and project feasibility analyses.
