




Responsibilities: * Track customer requests and suggestions until resolution * Prepare, send, and monitor quotations for the entire company * Verify fulfillment of purchase orders from medical specialists as well as direct departmental requests * Design and monitor customer satisfaction surveys * Track customer back orders.
