**About the job.** At AS Construcciones, due to growth, we are looking for a highly interesting person who will help us grow, implement our values, and bring our slogan “We build trust by constructing projects” to life. **Key responsibilities.** \- **Project success.** Supervise and monitor the performance of site managers and supervisors. Ensure projects are executed on time and as planned. Ensure quality throughout the process and execution of work. \- **Customer satisfaction and professional presentation.** Accompany the client throughout the project process. Conduct post-construction follow-up for each project. Drive customer satisfaction through surveys. Promote continuous improvement based on feedback. \- **Planning and efficient use of resources.** Design and manage budgets for each project. Optimize costs without compromising quality and/or client expectations. Exercise financial control and monitoring for each project. Optimize logistics (procurement, suppliers, supplies). Perform financial\-operational analysis and propose profitability improvements. \- **Risk management.** Monitor key KPIs: timelines, incidents, absenteeism, etc. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and propose action plans. Align the team with goals, priorities, and execution standards. Track the critical path in the construction schedule. **Requirements.** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. 5 years’ experience as a site manager and 2 years’ experience as a Construction Manager. **General competencies.** Communication and organization. DESCRIPTION Position Objective: To boost sales of wines and liquors products within self-service stores, ensuring proper product display, availability, and inventory rotation, as well as providing customer service and advice to enhance the shopping experience. Main Responsibilities: Stocking, replenishment, and rotation of merchandise on the sales floor. Setup and maintenance of additional displays (islands, header displays, gondola ends). Verification of prices, labels, and current promotions. Monitoring of expiration dates and reporting of losses or shrinkage. Maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive area. Advising customers on wine and liquor selection, answering questions about basic characteristics (types, food pairings, formats). Photographic reporting and completion of activity logs. Ongoing communication with the department head and brand supervisor. Supporting tasting events or special activations when required.
