Opportunity for Professional Growth Surman Group is seeking: BDC COORDINATOR Responsibilities • Supervise and coordinate the BDC team. • Manage and follow up on leads from digital platforms, social media, and the company website. • Generate and confirm appointments for the sales team. • Monitor key performance indicators such as: • Lead response time • Lead-to-appointment conversion rate • Appointment attendance rate • Conversion to sales • Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to improve prospect generation. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience in BDC, call centers, digital sales, or customer service. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Organizational skills, leadership ability, and results-oriented mindset. • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and digital tools.
