Job Summary: Totalplay is seeking a Technical Sales Coach to manage the customer portfolio, negotiate, and identify growth opportunities in telecommunications and internet services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor the telecommunications and internet customer portfolio. 2. Establish agreements and negotiations to increase billing. 3. Lead and monitor the team's sales representatives. Establish agreements and negotiations with customers. Identify opportunities to increase customer billing through the addition of new products or services. Prepare sales reports.
