Staff training on operational and legal regulations Human Staff is seeking an OPERATIONS COORDINATOR for a company dedicated to industrial waste processing. · Primary Objective: Coordinate operations across various business units to ensure optimal productivity, as well as optimize operational infrastructure management to reduce costs and expenses. · Requirements: 5 years of experience as an operations coordinator. Industrial Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel. General knowledge of legal regulations related to industrial waste operational activities. · Key Responsibilities: Request, plan, and execute fulfillment of customer or project requirements regarding operational activities of business units. Develop planning, supervise execution, and deliver operational results across all business units. Review and document daily a checklist of operational infrastructure and operations across all service units. Evaluate operational processes to identify and correct deviations that jeopardize business unit operations through corrective actions. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of operational infrastructure. Train supervisors and operational staff on the company’s internal regulations, as well as legal regulations related to operational activities. Review and document purchases made by the operations department to provide evidence during audits. Prepare quotations for purchase requests and/or infrastructure investments required for any project, valued under $100,000.00 MXN. Create a supplier catalog for services and supplies required by the operations department. Collaborate with other departments to propose and implement operational improvements contributing to cost and expense reduction. Document and update the inventory of operational infrastructure using technical specifications. Manage KPIs for operational efficiency compliance and for operational infrastructure maintenance savings. · Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (including a one-hour lunch break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.). · Benefits: $28,000 to $30,000 monthly gross.
