If you’re ready to contribute to something bigger than yourself and help **transform the future of healthcare**, you’ll find your purpose here. **Job Description** **Primary Function of Position** Under general supervision from the Director\-Materials Management, Materials Analyst 2 becomes responsible for supporting Materials areas and initiatives including but not limited to data collection, data analysis, continuous improvement, processes efficiency, process planning standardization, projects development, automation among others. **Essential Job Duties** * Collect and analyze data to support Materials operation’s efficiency through the different processes such as warehousing, shipping, logistics, Inventory Control among others. * Review and validate planning applications (SAP/o9\) for statistical forecast to estimate shipping loads to distribution centers and sterilizers aligned to inventory level targets (warehouse or distribution center, as applicable) * SIOP/forecast analysis and translation to warehouse’s space requirement (Raw material/FG), shifts, resources, or any other key variable that should be considered for readiness, budgeting, workload balancing \& team development. * Support in ASRS Implementation support, material presentation, data collection, analysis, and validation and future state definitions * Design and execute an innovative reporting system for all key area processes including dashboards. * Lead and support Materials’ CI initiatives, project development and team engagement. **Qualifications** **Required Skills and Experience** * More than 2 years of experience proven track record of being an effective achiever in a fast paced, high\-volume manufacturing and/or distribution company. * Works independently with minimal supervision in a cross\-functional setting. * Ability to trouble\-shoot process issues and lead projects. * Demonstrates concern for precision and thoroughness. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects successfully. * Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in completing work assignments. * Must be able to speak, read and write English working across cultures and teams where applicable. * Excellent communications skills are desired. * Must be able to travel to the United States. * Computer knowledge in MS Office products and ERP systems, preferably SAP, o9\. * Result oriented, self\-motivated, analytical, data driven, team player. **Required Education and training** * Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer, Computer Engineer, Logistics or any other related field * Six Sigma and any other Continuous improvement knowledge will be desired. * APICS CPIM and/or CSCP certification preferred. * Project management is preferred. **Working Conditions** * 20% Travel required may be required. * Work is required on site. **Preferred Skills and Experience** * S4Hana/EWM experience * AI Integration as it applies to Inventory Control and WH operations. * Tableau, Snowflake experience **Additional Information** Intuitive is an equal opportunity employer.
