Key Responsibilities. Project Success.  Supervise and monitor the performance of site supervisors and resident engineers.  Ensure projects are executed on time and as planned.  Ensure quality throughout the process and execution of work. Customer Satisfaction and Professional Presentation.  Accompany the customer throughout the project lifecycle.  Conduct post-construction follow-up for each project.  Enhance customer satisfaction through surveys.  Promote continuous improvement based on feedback. Planning and Efficient Resource Utilization.  Design and manage the budget for each project.  Optimize costs without compromising quality and/or customer expectations.  Exercise financial control and monitoring for each project.  Optimize logistics (procurement, suppliers, materials).  Conduct financial-operational analysis and propose profitability improvements. Risk Management.  Monitor key KPIs: timelines, incidents, absenteeism, etc.  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and propose action plans.  Align the team with goals, priorities, and execution standards.  Track the critical path in the construction schedule. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree 7 years of experience Age: between 30 and 45 years Knowledge: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Scrum Willingness to travel: Yes Willingness to relocate: Yes Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, regent, construction, construction work, building, construction project
