Effective and assertive communication for personnel management **Capital Humano Laguna seeks a Human Resources Supervisor in Downtown \- Monclova, Coahuila de Zaragoza** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Functional Competencies** * Advanced knowledge of payroll calculation (earnings, deductions, ISR, severance payments, settlements). * Proficiency in TRESS payroll systems. * Expertise in social security and employer obligations before the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS). * Experience handling affiliation transactions: registrations, cancellations, salary adjustments (IDSE or SUA). * Knowledge of employer-employee contribution calculations and determination of the base salary for contributions. * Proficiency in using government portals (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT). * Familiarity with current labor legislation (Federal Labor Law - LFT). * Control and administration of personnel files.
