Summary: Manage remote renovation and turn projects for single-family rental homes, overseeing scope, budget, vendors, payments, and quality control across multiple markets. Highlights: 1. Comprehensive training from industry veterans Beyond Homes is building the next generation brand for single family rental living, and currently operates in five (5\) markets, meaning you will have constant responsibilities to manage home renovation and turn projects remotely, including managing the scope, budget, local vendors, approving payments and quality control at the end of the project. **Job Responsibilities** * Manage multiple rental home renovation and turn projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. * Create project estimates, review scopes of work, error\-check budgets, and keep our project management software updated with the latest information. Training will be provided for scope creation and budgeting. * Coordinate vendors and schedule the core trades needed for each renovation project, ensuring timelines remain accurate and work progresses efficiently. * Partner with local inspectors and contractors to complete detailed quality control reviews, create follow\-up tasks, and ensure all issues are resolved prior to project closeout. * Assist with vendor sourcing, onboarding, and compliance by collecting required documentation and supporting strong contractor relationships. * Communicate consistently with vendors to ensure timely estimate submission, schedule adherence, and clear understanding of project expectations. * Contribute to renovation decisions with awareness of design, finishes, and materials that align with Beyond Homes’ brand and standards. **What you have** * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong project management experience in construction, renovations, or property\-related work * Some familiarity with renovation finishes, design choices, or interior improvement projects (preferred) * Ability to prioritize a high\-volume workload across multiple markets * Strong written and verbal communication skills * A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative * Transparent, collaborative, and open to feedback * Familiarity with the following tools is a major advantage:Asana (project management)**,** Google Sheets (scopes and budgets)**,** and AppFolio (vendor management and job dispatching) **What we offer at Beyond Homes** * Competitive pay with an incentive\-based bonus per successful project * Comprehensive training from industry veterans to teach best practices and accelerate your growth * A values\-driven culture built on compassion, kindness, and accountability * A mission\-driven company tackling housing affordability and the growing income divide * Time tracking via Hubstaff and bi\-weekly payments through Wise (Mondays) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $175\.00 \- $200\.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Experience: * Renovation Coordinator: 2 years (Preferred) * Project Management: 2 years (Required) * Design\-related : 2 years (Preferred) Language: * English (Required) Work Location: In person
