WE ARE SEEKING AN OPERATIONS MANAGER DUE TO EXPANSION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * In-depth knowledge of the cities of CELAYA, SALVATIERRA, APASEOS, SALAMANCA, VALLE DE SANTIAGO, JARAL DEL PROGRESO, IRAPUATO, SILAO, LEÓN, and surrounding areas is mandatory. * Proficiency in Excel and Google Maps * Vehicle assignment * Vehicle and operator audits (documentation review, uniforms, etc.) * Incident reporting for services; handling customer complaints and requests * Real-time vehicle tracking via GPS platform * Field visits to work sites * Supervise implementation of operational solutions. * Implementation and achievement of monthly performance indicators and targets * Manage and follow up on employee transportation services REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum education: Higher education — Technical degree or Bachelor's degree * 2 years of relevant experience * Age: between 30 and 50 years old * Valid driver’s licenses: Class B / Current official driver’s card * MUST BE ABLE TO OPERATE A PERSONNEL TRANSPORT TRUCK * Tax Status Certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal) * Flexible availability of working hours * Strong verbal communication skills * Responsible * Punctual * Industry-specific knowledge * Ability to work under pressure * Team-oriented mindset * Experience managing operational staff * Leadership skills KNOWLEDGE: * Customer support, personnel management, logistics. * Experience operating trucks, vans, or buses. * GPS platforms Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
