* A major Mexican company engaged in the marketing, distribution, and storage of candies, snacks, etc., is seeking: **HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST** **Professional objective:** Ensure that the company consistently maintains appropriate, well-integrated, and continuously developing human capital, thereby contributing to the company’s strategic vision through four pillars: long-term attraction and retention of high-quality talent; timely resolution of personnel issues; execution of effective and measurable training plans; and flawless administration of HR processes, payroll, and documentation. **Key responsibilities:** * Attraction and retention of operational position talent. * Documented HR department processes: 100% implemented by the third bimonthly period. * Training programs uploaded to Helpi Mentoring. * Complete and up-to-date employee files. * Compliance with the approved training plan. * Post-training evaluations. * Onboarding follow-up at 30-60-90 days. * Employee engagement surveys. * Payroll processing. **Required experience and specific knowledge:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Capital, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources department within a grocery, confectionery, or similar company. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Intermediate Excel. * **Experience in recruitment and selection for operational positions** **Location and salary:** * Irapuato / San Miguelito * Monday to Friday: 8:00 am \- 5:00 pm; Saturdays: 8:00 am \- 2:00 pm * $13,000 \- $16,000 net monthly (tax-free), statutory benefits, personal development course, managerial development course.
