1\.Develop the supply chain strategy by implementing short\- and long\-term strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency aligned with the company's business objectives. 2\.Ensure that supply planning is carried out timely and accurately. 3\.Lead and review supply chain planning activities by designing the overall planning framework for the supply chain system. 4\.Implement strategies to make the supply chain more sustainable, minimizing environmental impact through improved management and transportation practices. 5\.Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to optimize the supply chain by efficiently managing inventory levels, transportation costs, warehouse operations, and distribution. 6\.Identify and mitigate risks related to shortages, overstocking, logistics, or supply disruptions. 7\.Ensure that international trade logistics comply with international safety regulations, international certifications, tariffs, and customs requirements, minimizing associated costs and managing risks. 8\.Manage systems and processes for purchasing products, goods, and contracting services the organization needs within stipulated cost, time, and quality parameters. 9\.Conduct and participate in periodic audits of management processes to identify improvement opportunities, actively contributing to maintaining the company's Integrated Management System. 10\.Deploy short\-, medium\-, and long\-term objectives for direct subordinates and hold individuals accountable for their achievement; take corrective and preventive actions to ensure the attainment of short\-, medium\-, and long\-term business objectives. 11\.Improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs. 12\.Design and contribute to strategies influencing the quality and safety of each company product, ensuring compliance with quality and safety objectives, processes, and policies. 13\.Manage organizational suppliers by leading and developing win\-win relationships with suppliers and negotiating contracts to ensure the best value for the organization. 14\.Lead the review of current operations and the implementation of innovation processes across the department to ensure continuous improvement outcomes are delivered.
