Description and Details of Responsibilities * Maintenance Support: Assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment. * Activity Recording: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work reports and parts orders. * Inventory Management: Assist in managing the inventory of tools and materials required for maintenance. * Service Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for external maintenance services when necessary. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations. * Customer Service: Provide support to other departments or employees requiring assistance with maintenance-related issues. Experience and Requirements * Hands-on floor-level work experience to meet the requirements of this position. * Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. * Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance. * Service-oriented attitude. * Familiarity with maintenance department equipment, tools, and components. * Proficiency in Windows software packages (Excel, Word, etc.). * Proactivity and leadership. * 3+ years of experience.
