We require support in civil construction tasks for the installation of our equipment or the maintenance of our facilities, ensuring the quality and proper functioning of our entire infrastructure. **Job Description:** INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN We are seeking a proactive and hardworking General Assistant to support various civil construction and masonry tasks. You will be responsible for assisting in site preparation, material handling, and execution of construction and maintenance work, following instructions from technical staff or site supervisors. This position is essential to ensure that physical installations related to our services or our company are properly carried out and maintained. Work will be performed across various areas of Querétaro (housing developments, condominiums, residential communities), and conurbated zones (Corregidora, Márquez, San Juan del Río – occasionally). **Main Responsibilities:** * Loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials and/or tools * Preparation of work areas: Excavation, curing of pipes and posts, conduit routing * Assistance in concrete mixing preparation * Grooving of asphalt and concrete * Assistance in installing conduits, equipment bases, or supports * Use of manual construction tools (shovel, pickaxe, wheelbarrow, hammer, chisel, etc.) * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the worksite * Adherence to occupational safety and hygiene regulations * Support in other general tasks required onsite **Requirements and Skills:** * Prior experience as a general assistant in construction, civil works, or masonry (desirable but not always mandatory for entry-level positions; attitude will be valued) * Familiarity with construction materials and tools * Physical stamina and willingness to perform physically demanding tasks * Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team * Responsible, punctual individual with a positive work attitude * Awareness of workplace safety * Schedule flexibility **Desirable (Plus):** * Basic knowledge of plumbing or electricity (for support purposes) * Proficiency with measuring tools (tape measure, level, etc.) * Driving license (manual and automatic) **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position and experience * Statutory benefits (IMSS, year-end bonus, vacation time) * Direct employment with the company (or through a contractor, if applicable, specified accordingly) * Personal protective equipment (PPE) * A flexible work environment * Opportunity to learn and develop within the construction and maintenance field **How to Apply:** Send your application to the email address (oscar.barraza@beresident.mx) with the subject line: "Application – MULTIDISCIPLINARY TECHNICIAN".
