




Job Summary: Training Coordinator with experience in the automotive industry, responsible for developing and implementing training plans, auditing quality, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Education * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field Experience * 3 to 5 years in a similar position within the automotive industry. * Experience with quality management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001). * Experience in operational technical training. Technical Knowledge * Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and development of training plans. * Internal quality audits. * Mexican labor regulations regarding training. * Performance indicators (KPIs). Competencies * Leadership * Planning and organization * Effective communication * Results orientation * Teamwork Responsibilities * Develop and implement the Annual Training Plan. * Identify training needs (TNA) by department and position. * Coordinate technical training (CNC, injection, quality, etc.). * Ensure compliance with internal and external audits. * Manage the skills matrix and operator certification plan. * Manage internal trainers and external providers. * Monitor training performance indicators (hours, effectiveness, legal compliance). * Ensure regulatory compliance with the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (DC-3, DC-4). * Coordinate induction and onboarding programs. * Develop career path and succession plans.
