Al final, agarré otra chamba donde sí me dieron de alta, aunque el sueldo neto era un poco menos, como $7,500 al mes. Pero tener el seguro vale la pena.

Si buscas chamba de intendente en una escuela u oficina gubernamental, ahí sí piden mucho lo del curso de manejo de desechos biológicos (aunque sea básico) y la cartilla de vacunación. En mi CV anterior no lo tenía y me rechazaron de una primaria. Ahora le agrego un renglón que dice: "Certificado en protocolos de sanitización y desecho de materiales". Eso te sube las posibilidades.

Como reclutadora para servicios de limpieza en CDMX, escaneo CVs en 30 segundos. Busco tres cosas: 1) La palabra "Experiencia" seguida del tipo de lugar (hotel, oficinas corporativas, clínica), 2) Lista de equipos que saben usar (sin decir "manejo de maquinaria" así en general), y 3) La disponibilidad de horario escrita claramente. Un CV que dice "Manejo de buffer, aspiradora húmeda/secadora y carro de limpieza. Disponibilidad para rotación de turnos" pasa directo a la pila de entrevistas. Los que solo ponen "Soy responsable y trabajador" no los distingo del resto. También, si tienes referencias de un supervisor anterior, anótalo. Llamamos para confirmar puntualidad y honestidad.

Pues en mi curro de mesero en un restaurante de cadena, el de la limpieza entra a las 5 am. Él nos dijo que en su CV puso que tenía experiencia en pisos de loseta y porcelanato, que son los que tenemos. Dice que por eso le ofrecieron $200 pesos más a la quincena que al compañero que solo puso "limpieza general". Tiene sentido, porque un piso así, si lo rayas con el producto equivocado, la empresa tiene que pagar el mantenimiento.
